Your comfort is our priority, and this unit is thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities of home. These recently renovated units boast upscale stainless steel appliances and granite surfaces, new bathrooms, and full smart home integrations, including swivel-from-ceiling jumbo TV mounts and smart audio devices. For eco-conscious guests, our reverse-osmosis water purification systems not only provide clean water but also help reduce plastic waste. The living room features cozy furniture and a jumbo Lovesac beanbag chair, strategically placed in front of large picture windows to enhance your view.

Ocean Air 30A’s most prominent feature is its 70 feet of private beach, ensuring unobstructed ocean views for every beach chair set. Each unit comes with a complimentary set of chairs and an umbrella featuring the Ocean Air logo, with the option to rent additional sets.

Weekly rentals include complimentary access to our paddle boards, kayaks, and brand-new beach bicycles, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Gas grills and tables are also provided in the front of the house, as well as an electric vehicle charging station. For your convenience, our extra-large parking area ensures a minimum of two parking spaces for each renter. Located directly on the beach and south of Hwy 30A, these newly renovated units include features like upscale stainless steel appliances and granite surfaces, new bathrooms, full smart home integrations including, swivel from ceiling jumbo TV mounts, and smart audio devices! Each unit features reverse-osmosis water purification systems to refill your bottles and save our beach from un-needed plastic. The living room is decorated with furniture including a jumbo Lovesac beanbag chair placed in front of the picture windows.
