Inside, you’ll find a fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a spacious dining area, and two king bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom. For added versatility, the units feature a Lovesac sectional that can double as a sleeper and a generously sized Lovesac beanbag that can easily accommodate one.

What sets this property apart is the seamless connection between the units via an interior stairway, making it the ideal choice for family reunions and weddings. These units have recently undergone extensive renovations, featuring upscale stainless steel appliances, elegant granite surfaces, modernized bathrooms, and comprehensive smart home integrations, including swivel from ceiling jumbo TV mounts and smart audio devices. Additionally, each unit is equipped with a reverse-osmosis water purification system, allowing you to refill your bottles while helping to reduce unnecessary plastic waste. The living room is thoughtfully furnished, and you’ll find a jumbo Lovesac beanbag chair strategically placed in front of the picture windows, creating an inviting and relaxing atmosphere.

Notably, the standout feature of this location is the private beach, with Ocean Air 30A proudly offering 70 feet of pristine shoreline. This unique feature ensures that each beach chair set comes with a direct ocean view, free from outside interference. For your comfort, each unit is guaranteed one set of chairs and an umbrella, all bearing the Ocean Air logo. Additional chair sets are available for those who desire extra convenience at an additional fee.

Our weekly rentals also include complimentary access to paddle boards, kayaks, and beach bicycles, all provided on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’re a fan of outdoor grilling, you’ll find gas grills conveniently located in the front of the house, making it easy to enjoy a delicious barbecue. Moreover, our property offers an extra-large parking area to ensure that each of our renters has at least two parking spaces, providing convenience and flexibility during your stay. We’re pleased to welcome dogs and cats to our property, subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, provided they are disclosed before your arrival. It’s important to note that the $30 damage insurance fee does not cover pet-related damages, and any damages exceeding $500 will be charged to the guest. Your pets are welcome, and their safety and comfort are of utmost importance to us.
